Many thanks. Rocky has settled in well to life in our house so far away from home in Queensland. We must say that the process of purchasing Rocky was seamless from the time we first touched base after researching on the web, to collecting from the airport in Sydney. We found it amazing that we were able to talk to you on Wednesday about Rocky and have him settled into our home on Friday night of the same week. Communication with you was excellent and Dogtainers called to advise of a delay in the flight, which although was a delay (beyond your control of course) was well communicated so there was no problem. Rocky arrived in Sydney a bit weary, but happy and in a nice container in comparison to others we saw. He quickly settled into the car trip home, and is a great traveller already.

Hello Gerald and Christel, We thought you might like to catch
up with Paddy. He is proving to be a lovely dog. Full of energy and
zest for life but at the same time no trouble, He fits in well with
us and seems happy and contented. We are really enjoying having him
around and everyone who comes to the house falls in love with him.

Deucalion and Umlaut

We LOVE our beautiful little babies. They are the smartest quick learning well natured little puppies that I have ever seen. It was such a good decision, we believe to have asked to buy the pair of little babies, as it is wonderful to watch them play with each other and explore and play fight. Wow, 'Deucalion' can be quite snappy at 'Umlaut', she seems to know how to put him in order when she isn't in the mood to play.

Yesterday and today we have taken them to the park at the end of our street to begin to explore the world. They have taken to wearing a lead when out quite well and are so well behaved and easy to guide. It seems that 'Deucalion' is so quick to pick up the idea being taught and I find that 'Umlaut' likes to cuddle.

I had them in the shower for a wash this morning, they so enjoyed the warm running water, just sat in my arms and soaked it all up.
It is amazing to us that it has turned out that the male dog tends to choose to come to me and the girl chooses to prefer to come to Katie

I cut and made a dog door in the laundry for them to come and go outside as they please at night two days ago. They have learned to use it so quickly, and nearly all toilet needs are done outside already. Very cleaver!

In the evening and after a nice meal when they are lazy, they love to lay on our laps and snuggle with us. They both are so very well balanced and happy, and we all thank you both so very much for your choice of puppies for our family.

"I first came in contact with Vizslajoy after I decided to start the search to find the perfect Vizsla puppy. From the very first time I contacted Gerald and Christel, I know that they were the right breeder for me. They were very concerned about the type of puppy I was hoping for, if I wanted a show dog or a dog for breeding, what I expected from their Vizsla puppies, and also expressed the importance that their dogs went to the very best homes and that they would be loved and cared for just as they had. I was constantly updated with news on how the mother and puppies were doing and was made to feel that I was part of the puppy’s life from the minute he was born.

When the big day arrived (I could bring him to his new home), it was an absolute joy! Christel was such a loving breeder and it was blindingly obvious that she not only loved her dogs but also loved the happiness her little puppies brought to their new owners. She had gone to great lengths to provide us with as much information as possible on how to care for the new addition to our family, as well as give him a lovely new collar, a small supply of food, 6weeks free insurance and a few other bits and pieces.

He has been a fantastic little fella from the minute we brought him home. After only a week he had already learnt to climb our steep steps, fetch the ball, sit on command, as well as steel everyone’s attention as he walks past.

I strongly recommend Vizslajoy to anyone looking to own a Hungarian Vizsla.

"For two and a half years we have wanted a dog, but the problem was what type to get? He wanted a German Short Haired Pointer, she wanted a Dalmatian. Wars were raged, doors were slammed, tears were shed and wills were changed. Then, one day we met the lovely Gerald who soon introduced us to the merits of the Hungarian Vizsla. Gerald pointed out their intelligence, their good nature, and their lovely colouring – we were sold. Next came the argument on whether to get a male or female. He wanted a boy, she a girl. Wars were raged, doors slammed, tears shed, etc, etc. A compromise was finally reached - we got one of each. They are now painted, with her sporting a lovely Dalmatian white and black polka-dot coat, and he a lovely GSP muddled chocolate and white coat.
